About MERCEDES differential reconditioning

Mercedes-Benz HL-series differentials (HL4 through HL9, plus HD9 and twin-steer variants) are everyday work for our Centurion team. These axles appear across Atego, Axor, and Actros fleets in South Africa, and small-pot versus big-pot HL7 differences matter for parts and fitment. We recondition Mercedes diffs with new bearings and seals as standard, and replace crown-wheel-and-pinion sets when wear or noise shows the gear pair is finished.

Every Mercedes diff we release is backed by a 12-month warranty (terms apply). Typical rebuild turnaround is 24–48 hours depending on gear-set availability. We deliver nationwide or you can collect from our RMI Approved workshop. Tell us the chassis model, axle designation, or send a clear tag photo β€” we will confirm HL family and ratio options before you authorise work, so you are not paying for the wrong pot size or an incompatible twin-steer unit.
